COVID-19 Update from The Web Co, 23/05/2020

Along with the rest of New Zealand, The Web Co is taking precautionary measures to prioritise the safety of our customers, our staff and the country. Following the level 3 alert announcement today, our team will now be operating remotely for the foreseeable future. While our staff will not physically be in The Web Co office during this time, please rest assured that we will continue to offer our full range of services and that the projects currently underway are continuing as planned. 

What this means for you

 

  • Client meetings will now be held online via Zoom or Google Hangouts. Your account manager will be in touch with you to organise each of these individually. 

 

  • Training events will also be held online via Zoom or Google Hangouts. Alternatively, you may request to reschedule these for a later date.

 

While we are taking these necessary steps in this period, we are still available and on-hand to assist with any digital updates you may need. Whether these are website announcements, social media communications or emails to your customers, we’re able to help as usual.
